Phoenix Suns | Fellow | Summer 2022
I pursued this role recognizing the transformative elements that would propel my journey in communications: operations, culture, and creativity. Within the esteemed People and Culture Team of the Phoenix Suns, I absorbed invaluable knowledge in internal communications, cultivating a thriving work culture, and orchestrating company events. A pool of 2,700 students applied, I proudly secured one of the 60 fellowships, fostering a valuable summer experience.
Visits to local colleges, universities, and non-profits extended my reach to the city of Phoenix to share internal and external opportunities for professional development.

Fully immersing myself in this experience was my favorite part. From being a part of philanthropic efforts like the BG (Brittney Griner) Shoe Drive to going to local student centers and sharing a bit of my journey truly rounded out my time.
